Dear APWCS 2019 Participants,
Thank you all for your participation, and for your contribution in making the IEEE VTS APWCS 2019 conference a success. You can find some of the photos taken during the event in the following link.
- Please wear the conference lanyard at all time.
- No food and drink in the lecture theatres.
- Internet: WiFi access point name "SUTD_Guest" is available. Please register with your particulars to get access. Eduroam also works in SUTD campus.
- Banquet transport: please gather outside LT 4 by 18:10 for transport to banquet venue. Conference lanyard is required to get a tag for free-flow drink section.
Please show up 10 minutes before the session begins. Each presenter has 18 minutes (15 minutes presentation, 3 minutes Q&A). Upon arrival, submit your brief biography to the Session Chair. Own laptop with VGA/HDMI port can be used. For Mac users, please bring along your own adaptor.
For session chair:
Please come to your session 10 minutes before the designated time. Please identify each presenter and confirm they are present. Announce the title, name, and affiliation of presenter before he/she starts. Please keep a strict timing. Session attendance list will be provided and to be filled in and returned to our helper after the session.
Acceptance notification has been sent to all authors on 07 July 2019. Authors are required to complete the registration by following the registration instruction, and upload the camera-ready version following the instruction here. Both the registration and camera-ready have to be completed by 14 July 2019.
The 16th IEEE Asia Pacific Wireless Communications Symposium, APWCS 2019, will be held at Singapore Univerisy of Technology and Design, Singapore, between August 28th and August 30th, 2019. The symposium is devoted to advances in wireless communications and networking. The technical program features plenary talks as well as invited and contributed papers presented in oral/poster format. The conference proceedings will be published on IEEE Xplore.
